The higher selves of horses can be found on a higher dimension which I call the Horse Spirit world. I see this realm as a collective of all the individual souls of our horses. When I go further I find myself in an Ocean like energy where we can find Horse Spirit. Spirit is pure essence that is present in every living being. It is an even higher frequency that is very subtle and vibrates very quickly.
The higher self of your horse has a specific soul energy. This can be a vibration of love, wisdom, power or … and within that vibrance it is even more nuanced and specific. This soul energy is present in your horse and becomes very visible when your horse is in a state of harmony or flow.
My meditations always start with a grounding, a connection with the core of the earth, and a connection with your higher self. These are the first steps I talk you through.
Make sure you are comfortable before you start. The most easy way to ground is when you sit with your back straight and your feet touching the ground, but off course this isn’t necessary. The most important thing is that you can relax and have some time to yourself.
Enjoy! With love, Helena
